Immigration & Asylum Legal Writer - Paralegal

UK Immigration & Asylum Legal Drafting Assistant I am looking for a detail-oriented legal drafting assistant to help prepare first drafts of Skeleton Arguments for UK asylum appeals. This is a drafting role only. I will provide all templates, instructions, and case documents. Every draft will be reviewed, amended where necessary, and approved by me before submission. The work will mainly involve asylum appeals for clients from: * Iraq * Iran * Afghanistan You will be provided with: * A Skeleton Argument template. * The client’s witness statement. * The Home Office refusal letter. * Relevant appeal documents. * Any additional instructions. Your responsibilities will include: * Adapting my existing template to the client’s individual facts. * Addressing the refusal reasons in a clear and logical manner. * Producing well-structured, professional first drafts. * Maintaining consistent formatting and style. * Carrying out legal research where requested, including Country Guidance cases and CPINs. Requirements: * Excellent written English. * Strong legal drafting skills. * Experience with UK immigration and asylum work is preferred. * Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines. * High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
