Our firm primarily handles humanitarian-based immigration matters and serves a large Latin American client base. Responsibilities Independently manage cases from intake through final packet preparation Communicate directly with clients in English and Spanish Collect documents and information from clients Draft forms, declarations, and supporting documents Prepare organized filing packets and maintain case files Use Docketwise and MyCase for case management and client communication Track deadlines and follow up with clients as needed Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish Attorney or law graduate from your home country preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage cases independently Experience with immigration matters preferred Experience with Docketwise and MyCase preferred
