Summary

Role Overview As an Immigration Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients who book consultations with Workium. Your primary responsibility is to assess each client's background, understand their relocation goals, recommend suitable programs, explain our services, answer questions, and guide qualified clients through the onboarding process. You will play a critical role in converting consultations into successful client enrollments while ensuring every interaction is professional, informative, and transparent. Key Responsibilities Client Consultations Conduct scheduled video and phone consultations with prospective clients. Assess each client's qualifications, work experience, education, and relocation goals. Recommend the most suitable international employment or relocation pathway. Clearly explain Workium's services, application process, timelines, pricing, and documentation requirements. Address client questions professionally and accurately. Sales & Client Conversion Build trust and confidence during consultations. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Convert qualified prospects into paying clients. Handle objections and provide suitable solutions. Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet made a decision. Client Relationship Management Maintain detailed consultation notes within the CRM. Track consultation outcomes and follow-up activities. Ensure all client information is accurate and up to date. Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth client handovers after onboarding. Product Knowledge Stay up to date on Workium's programs, partner employers, immigration pathways, eligibility requirements, and pricing. Keep informed about changes affecting client applications. Customer Experience Deliver a professional, empathetic, and informative consultation experience. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout the consultation process. Represent the Workium brand with professionalism and integrity. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Consultation attendance rate Consultation-to-payment conversion rate Monthly revenue generated Follow-up completion rate CRM accuracy and documentation quality Client satisfaction (CSAT) Average response time to client enquiries Requirements Essential Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience in immigration consulting, international recruitment, admissions consulting, or consultative sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex processes in a simple and engaging manner. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience using CRM systems. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Experience with European work permit or skilled migration pathways. Experience in international recruitment or overseas employment services. Multilingual ability is an advantage.
