Impact Investment Deck Upgrade Digital Health Social Enterprise (Emerging Markets)

Job Description: We are a digital health social enterprise operating in a fragile-state market, focused on maternal and child health outcomes. We are hiring a skilled analyst or consultant to build a compelling, investor-ready impact investment memo and pitch deck suite from scratch. You will receive a comprehensive set of source materials and will be responsible for synthesizing them into a polished, professional deliverable — not adapting an existing deck. Scope of Work 1. Pitch Deck Build (from source materials) Review and synthesize the following materials we will share under NDA, then build two investor-ready decks: • One general impact investor pitch deck • One targeted pitch deck aligned to a specific fundraising need (to be briefed upon engagement) Source materials you will work from include: • Annual impact documents and program reports • Case studies and field photography • Value proposition frameworks and program graphics • Product app and dashboard screenshots • Partnership agreements and pipeline contracts 2. Financial Narrative Build a clear, investor-facing financial story using materials we provide, including: • Historical financial performance drawn from audited and unaudited statements across two registered entities • Clear narrative explaining the dual-entity structure for investor audiences • Cost efficiency analysis at scale • Per-site economics (fully loaded), including micro-level metrics • Impact economics (fully loaded cost per outcome) Why this matters: institutional investors and portfolio managers require clear, auditable financial narratives before entering diligence. Presenting consolidated financials across two entities coherently is a material advantage in fundraising conversations. 3. Investor Diligence Package Organize a clean diligence folder alongside the deck, including: • Latest financial statements (both entities) • Board and investor presentations • Financial projections • Materials reflecting recent organizational progress and forward fundraising plans What We Will Share Under NDA To begin work, you will receive: • Audited financials and internal financial statements (both entities) • Program impact reports and case study library • App and dashboard screenshots • Partnership and contract documentation • Raw content and data to inform the narrative Please confirm in your proposal which materials you would need on Day 1 to begin immediately. Ideal Candidate • Proven experience building impact investment memos or social enterprise pitch decks from scratch • Ability to work with multi-entity financials (international NGO or global health experience preferred) • Strong synthesis skills across many source documents • Familiarity with health sector metrics or ability to ramp quickly • Discretion with sensitive organizational and financial materials
