Implementation Associate Needed

ROLE OVERVIEW The Implementation Associate at Berry AI plays a critical support role within our implementation team. This position focuses on coordinating hardware installations, data entry, maintaining accurate records within our spreadsheets and ERP system (Odoo), placing hardware orders, and facilitating customer communications through templated emails. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized individual seeking experience in project coordination within the fast-growing technology sector. This role requires 35-40 hours per week and active availability during US time zones (especially Eastern Standard Time). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate with installation partners — Schedule and execute installations of Berry AI hardware at customer locations, serving as the primary point of coordination between our team, customers, and third-party installation partners. - Customer & partner communications — Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and installation partners via email, Slack, and phone to provide updates and respond to routine inquiries. - Data entry & record maintenance — Accurately enter and maintain data within internal spreadsheets and systems of record, ensuring data integrity and consistency across multiple platforms. Hardware order management — Place hardware orders through our ERP system (Odoo), ensuring order accuracy and timely submission. - Project milestone tracking — Support the Implementation Coordinator in tracking project milestones and timelines across active deployments. - Discrepancy resolution — Identify discrepancies or errors in data and proactively resolve or escalate appropriately. QUALIFICATIONS ■ 2–3 years of professional experience in data entry, administrative support, or project coordination. ■ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. ■ Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs), JIRA, and familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Odoo is a plus. ■ Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. ■ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ■ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
