AI Implementation Coach — Mentor New Founders Building Their First AI Agency (Remote, Ongoing)

About the Program We train motivated beginners to build and run their own AI Implementation agency — landing clients and delivering AI receptionists, AI agents, and automated systems that help businesses operate at a higher level. Students learn inside a proprietary platform, following a structured curriculum with a clear path to their first paying clients. We hold a high standard — serious, clean, results-focused. The Role We're hiring an AI Implementation Coach to support students in two ways: Host weekly group coaching calls — lead live sessions that keep students on track, answer their questions, and teach our methods clearly. Act as a dedicated 1-on-1 coach — guide assigned students through their build and help each one land their first 3–5 AI Implementation clients. You'll coach to our exact system and inside our platform. We want someone who's done this work, can teach it simply, and is glad to deliver it our way. You're a strong fit if you have Real, hands-on experience building or running an AI agency, or doing AI Implementation / client-acquisition work for clients. Command of outbound — cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn. Fluency with AI Implementation tooling: workflow automation (e.g., n8n), AI voice and chat receptionists/agents, and the systems that tie them together. Excellent presence on camera and a real gift for explaining things to complete beginners. Reliability and follow-through — students are counting on you to show up. Coachability — you're happy to learn and deliver our specific methods and platform rather than improvise your own. Nice to have Prior coaching, mentoring, or teaching experience. A track record of helping other people land clients or close deals. Logistics Remote. Must overlap US business hours for live calls. Hourly with a clear weekly cap, paid through Upwork. Ongoing role, starting with a paid 30-day trial. Strong performance opens the door to an expanded, longer-term role as the program grows. Rate: $35–50/hr depending on experience.
