Implementation Lead

Implementation Lead - Full-time – Remote We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Implementation Lead to join our growing implementation team. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing software implementation projects, working directly with clients, and ensuring successful software deployments from project kickoff through go-live. The right candidate is proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple implementation projects while delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities: -Develop and execute comprehensive implementation project plans. -Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. -Identify, monitor, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues. -Configure software solutions based on the client's purchased scope and business requirements. -Conduct testing and validation with clients before deployment. -Lead regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to provide project updates. -Understand client business processes, operational needs, and integration requirements. -Clearly communicate project timelines, milestones, and implementation methodology. -Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships throughout the implementation process. -Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Development, and Support to ensure successful project delivery and transition after implementation. -Provide client training and support during implementation and go-live activities. Requirements: -3+ years of experience in: -Software Implementation -Software Configuration -Project Management -Experience within the freight transportation or logistics industry is strongly preferred. -Strong project management and organizational skills. -Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. -Experience using Jira is a plus.
