Implementation Project Manager for Snipback

We are looking for a highly organized, persistent, and technically capable Implementation Project Manager to help drive new customer rollouts from start to finish. Our company provides equipment and technology solutions to schools. Once a school becomes a customer, there are multiple steps required to get them fully implemented, including shipping, receiving, installation, network configuration, testing, and final handoff. We need someone who can take ownership of these projects and keep them moving. This role requires excellent English communication, strong project management skills, comfort working with school staff, and enough technical/networking knowledge to communicate effectively with IT teams and troubleshoot basic issues. ## Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing multiple school implementation projects at the same time, including: * Coordinating with key school contacts such as IT staff, athletic directors, coaches, administrators, and facilities teams * Following up consistently and professionally to keep each implementation moving forward * Coordinating shipping, delivery confirmation, receiving, and equipment readiness * Working with school IT teams on network configuration requirements * Helping test equipment connectivity and confirm successful setup * Tracking project status, blockers, next steps, and deadlines * Scheduling installation calls, test sessions, and final launch steps * Identifying and solving implementation hiccups * Helping find and coordinate local installers when needed * Escalating technical or operational issues to our internal team * Keeping customers informed and accountable throughout the process This person needs to be politely persistent. Schools are often busy, and the right candidate must be comfortable following up repeatedly, pushing projects forward, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. ## Ideal Candidate The ideal person for this role has: * Excellent written and spoken English * Strong project management and follow-up skills * Experience managing multiple customer implementations or onboarding projects at once * Basic to intermediate networking knowledge * Ability to communicate with IT teams about network setup, connectivity, firewalls, ports, Wi-Fi/Ethernet, and testing * Confidence speaking with school staff, administrators, coaches, and technical contacts * Strong problem-solving ability * Comfort working independently and taking ownership * A proactive, persistent, detail-oriented work style * Experience with hardware deployments, school technology, AV equipment, networking, SaaS onboarding, or customer success is a plus ## Tools & Skills That Are Helpful Experience with any of the following is helpful but not required: * Project management tools such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Trello, Airtable, or similar * CRM systems * Google Workspace * Slack * Zoom or Google Meet * Basic network troubleshooting * Hardware installation coordination * Customer onboarding * Vendor or contractor coordination ## What Success Looks Like You will be successful in this role if you can: * Keep many school implementations organized at the same time * Know exactly where each project stands * Follow up consistently with the right people * Remove blockers quickly * Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical contacts * Help each school get fully installed, tested, and launched * Reduce the amount of internal team time required to manage each rollout ## Project Type Ongoing part-time role with the potential to grow. We are looking for someone who can become the owner of our implementation process and help us create a repeatable, reliable rollout system for new Snipback customers. ## To Apply Please include: 1.
