Implementing Real Estate Tokenization

We are looking for a developer to help review and complete an existing real-estate tokenization platform. The project idea is to make real-estate investment more accessible by dividing property value into smaller digital shares. Users can invest in a portion of a property, track their holdings, and buy or sell their shares through the platform. One of our team members will likely be unable to continue participating in the project due to a sudden accident. Therefore, we are looking to hire another developer immediately to help review, complete, and move the project forward. The project already has a user web app, admin dashboard, and backend API. It includes identity verification, property management, payments, portfolio tracking, token minting, trading, and blockchain integration. This is job overview. 📌 Overview We are building a platform that makes real-estate investment more accessible by allowing property value to be divided into smaller digital shares. Instead of buying an entire property, users can invest in a smaller portion, track their holdings, and trade their shares with others. The platform is designed to connect property owners, investors, and administrators in one secure system. It includes identity verification, payment handling, ownership tracking, and a marketplace-style experience for buying and selling property shares. The main goal is to make real-estate ownership more flexible, liquid, and easier for more people to participate in. 🎯 Key Responsibilities - Review the existing frontend, admin dashboard, and backend codebase. - Identify completed, incomplete, and risky parts of the project. - Improve and complete user-facing features such as sign-up, login, KYC, property browsing, portfolio, payments, and trading flows. - Maintain and improve the admin dashboard for users, properties, KYC review, transactions, support, and settings. - Work on backend APIs for authentication, user management, properties, payments, KYC, trading, and portfolio tracking. - Integrate frontend and backend features smoothly. - Fix bugs, improve code quality, and remove unstable or unfinished logic. - Improve security, validation, error handling, and production readiness. - Work with blockchain/Web3 developers to make sure token, wallet, and transaction data is correctly reflected in the app. - Help prepare the project for deployment when ready. 📚 Required Skills - Strong experience with React and modern frontend development. - Strong experience with Node.js, Express, and TypeScript. - Experience with MongoDB or similar database systems. - Experience building REST APIs and integrating APIs with frontend apps. - Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure user flows. - Experience with payment systems such as Stripe. - Good understanding of file uploads, email services, and third-party integrations. - Ability to review an existing codebase and create a clear completion plan. - Good communication and documentation skills. 💰 Salary Estimate $8,000 - $15,000+/month
