Improve PageSpeed Insights performance on a GoHighLevel page (must have excellent GHL experience)

I need the mobile PageSpeed Insights results improved on one page of my GoHighLevel website. I do NOT just want the Cumulative Layout Shift fixed — I want every issue that is actually fixable within GoHighLevel addressed. Please read the platform constraints before bidding. Page: https://medivira.com/locations Platform: GoHighLevel (website builder) Current mobile scores: Performance 66, Accessibility 92, Best Practices 92, SEO 100. Current metrics: First Contentful Paint 2.3s, Largest Contentful Paint 3.6s, Cumulative Layout Shift 0.317, Total Blocking Time 150ms. What I need fixed Cumulative Layout Shift (0.317 mobile). The layout-shift culprit is the row/section containing the building photo (element row-jaAaU1z7NP). Reserve space for the image so it doesn't push content down as the page loads — using CSS aspect-ratio and/or explicit width/height, injected via the page header or custom CSS if the builder fields aren't sufficient. Target CLS under 0.1. Largest Contentful Paint (3.6s) — the building image is lazy-loaded when it shouldn't be. The main image currently has loading="lazy" and fetchpriority="auto", which delays LCP. It needs to load eagerly with high priority. Since GHL doesn't expose these attributes in the UI, this likely requires a small header script — reference approach Also add a matching link rel="preload" as="image" fetchpriority="high" hint in the header, with the exact image URL the browser requests. Make "LCP request discovery" pass. Forced reflow — flagged in the PageSpeed insights. Investigate and resolve where feasible. Render-blocking request — cloudflare-static/email-decode.min.js. Defer or eliminate if possible. Improve image delivery — the building photo is ~34 KiB and can be compressed (~6 KiB savings). Recompress/serve it more efficiently without visible quality loss. Unused preconnect hints — the page preconnects to origins it doesn't need. Clean these up. Cache lifetimes — apply longer cache TTLs where I have control (I understand most are GHL/Cloudflare-controlled). Important constraints — please confirm you understand these before bidding This is a GoHighLevel site. I already know that much of the JavaScript, the long script chain (~100 leadconnectorhq.com files), the 43 KiB of unused JavaScript (GHL's Cq6daHzl.js), and the "unattributable" long main-thread tasks come from GHL's own platform and cannot be removed. I do not expect a perfect score. I want every fix that is genuinely possible within GHL — custom header code, custom CSS, image handling, and builder settings — plus an honest note on which flagged items are platform-locked and were intentionally left alone. All work must be done inside GoHighLevel (custom code blocks, page header, builder settings). Do not export or migrate the site off-platform. Do not break the page's existing JSON-LD schema markup, meta tags, canonical tag, or visible content. Deliverables Measurable improvement in mobile PageSpeed Insights — especially CLS into the green (under 0.1) and the LCP lazy-load issue fixed. Before-and-after PageSpeed Insights screenshots (mobile) so I can see the difference. A short written summary of what you changed and which flagged items were platform-limited and why.
