We're Hiring: Inbound Dialer (Remote) Who We're Looking For We're looking for fast, reliable, and personable dialers who enjoy talking to people and can respond to new leads immediately. This role is perfect for someone who is: Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone Friendly, professional, and naturally conversational Able to call new leads within 2 minutes of receiving them Reliable and consistent with excellent communication Fluent in English (neutral or American accent preferred) Working from a quiet environment with a stable internet connection Available during peak lead hours (morning, afternoon, and/or evening) Previous sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience is required. We provide the scripts, systems, and training. About Us We're Create Your Brands, a rapidly growing e-commerce education company helping aspiring entrepreneurs build their first Shopify business. Every day, our marketing generates qualified people who have already applied because they're interested in starting an online business. Your job isn't cold calling. You're simply reaching out to people who have already requested information and guiding them through the next step. Your Responsibilities When a new lead comes in, you'll receive an instant notification. Your responsibilities are simple: Call new leads within 2 minutes whenever possible Introduce yourself as part of the Create Your Brands team Build rapport and ask a few qualification questions (script provided) Help applicants get started with the required tools (Shopify + our platforms) Schedule a follow-up call with a senior team member when appropriate Accurately update notes inside our CRM This is a high-volume inbound role focused on speed, professionalism, and creating a great first impression. Think of yourself as a friendly guide helping someone take the first step toward building an online business.
