Inbound Dialer (Remote) Create Your Brands is an e-commerce education company. Our marketing generates people who have already applied and asked for information about starting a Shopify business. You call them back fast, qualify them, and hand the good ones to a senior closer. Every lead is inbound. No cold calling, no list scraping. What You'll Do Call new leads within 2 minutes of the notification Run a provided script: build rapport, ask qualification questions Help qualified applicants get set up with the required tools Book follow-up calls with a senior team member Log accurate notes in the CRM after every call High volume. Speed and first impression are the job. Requirements Prior phone sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience Fluent English, neutral or American accent Quiet workspace, stable internet, working headset Available during morning, afternoon, or evening blocks Reliable and responsive over Slack or WhatsApp No e-commerce knowledge needed. We provide scripts, training, CRM, dialer, and coaching. Compensation $7 to $15/hour based on experience Performance bonuses for top dialers 30+ hours/week, long-term Path into senior sales and team lead roles How to Apply Answer the questions below and include your Loom.
