Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Agent (U.S.-Based Only) Pay Rate: $22–$45 Per Hour Work Schedule: Choose between 20 and 70 hours per week We are expanding our customer support team and are looking for dependable U.S.-based professionals who enjoy speaking with customers and providing outstanding service. This position combines inbound and outbound customer communication. You'll assist customers, answer questions, schedule appointments when needed, and ensure every interaction is handled professionally. Clear communication and a positive attitude are the most important skills for this role. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Assist customers with questions and service requests Schedule and confirm appointments Provide accurate information and helpful solutions Update customer records and call notes Follow company procedures and communication standards Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience Compensation Pay Rate: $22–$45 Per Hour Pay is based on communication skills, professionalism, consistency, and overall performance.
