Urgent Medical Alert (UMA) is expanding and seeking experienced sales closers to support a growing portfolio of consumer savings products focused on healthcare and essential household services. Who this is for: Closers handle inbound pre-qualified prospects that come with the opportunity to generate revenue. This is a one-call closing role, NOT appointment setting. We are hiring money-driven closers who have extensive experience in closing. What does that mean? It means that closers know a few things for certain. 1) It is a requirement to invest their time before they start getting to know the product inside and out in preparation for their first day so they don’t sound like someone new. 2) An unwavering belief in themselves. 3) Complete belief in the product or service they are closing. 4) Earning commission and bonuses is where the true money is, not in hourly pay What You'll Do • Handle inbound prospects • Close customers on Urgent Medical Alert plans • Enter accurate enrollment submissions • Communicate clearly with a mature customer demographic Operations & Support — Our AI Agent Network Closers work strictly with our AI Agent Network, available 24/7, 365, providing real-time support. Schedule You Choose • Remote or office-based • Monday – Sunday availability • Operating hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST • Flexible scheduling within operating hours • Weekly pay Compensation Sales Closers (Hourly + Commission) Designed for agents who want a base hourly rate plus strong commission upside. • $6/hour starting base • Base hourly increases 20% every four months based on performance, quality, and KPIs 1) $7.20 per hour plus commission 2) $8.64 per hour plus commission 3) $10.37 per hour plus commission 4) $12.44 per hour plus commission • Hourly pay is based on the following work time formula (talk time + available time + disposition time) Commission Structure • Commission activates once $500 in weekly gross approved sales revenue is reached. • $54.95 plan GSR value is $110 = $110 commission • $49.95 plan GSR value is $100 = $100 commission • $44.95 plan GSR value is $90 = $90 commission • $39.95 plan GSR value is $80 = $80 commission • All-ACH bonus: when 100% of your approved sales for the week are paid by ACH, you earn an extra 50% of your commission total. • A wide selection of daily, weekly, monthly, and special sales spiffs/bonus offered • Paid same-day special pop-up daily sales spiffs.
