We are looking for a fast, reliable, and confident sales dialer / appointment setter to call warm leads immediately after they opt in for our e-commerce training offer. This is not cold calling. These are people who have just requested access to our free e-commerce program and are interested in learning how to start an online business, build a Shopify store, use AI to find products, and launch their first online brand. Your role is simple: call new leads as soon as they come in, qualify them, explain the offer clearly, answer basic questions, and help move serious prospects to the next step. We have a strong offer, warm inbound leads, and high conversion potential. For the right person, this can become a long-term role with strong commission upside. About The Offer Create Your Brands helps beginners and aspiring entrepreneurs learn how to start an online business through e-commerce. Our offer gives qualified leads free access to a partner-sponsored e-commerce training program, AI product research system, and store-build process. Most people believe they need to spend thousands on a course to learn e-commerce. Our message is different: because we have partnered with the platforms founders need to build online, we are able to teach qualified beginners for free. Responsibilities Call new leads immediately after they opt in. Qualify prospects based on interest, seriousness, goals, and ability to take action. Explain the free e-commerce training offer in a simple and professional way. Book qualified prospects for the next step when needed. Follow up with leads who do not answer on the first call. Track call outcomes and notes inside our CRM or lead sheet. Communicate daily with the team about lead quality, objections, and booked calls. Requirements You must be comfortable making fast outbound calls to warm leads. You must have strong English communication skills. You must be confident, friendly, and professional on the phone. You must be available to call leads quickly after they opt in. You must be organized and able to track your calls properly. Previous experience in appointment setting, inbound sales, high-ticket sales, online education, coaching, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred. Compensation This role offers high commission potential for the right caller. We are open to discussing either commission-only or a base plus commission structure depending on your experience and performance. Because these are warm inbound leads, conversion rates can be strong if you respond quickly and follow the process. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who understands speed-to-lead, can build trust quickly, and knows how to speak with beginners who want to start an online business but may feel confused, doubtful, or overwhelmed. You do not need to be overly aggressive. We want someone who can guide people clearly, qualify them properly, and create a good first impression for the brand.
