Inbound Sales Operations Specialist

The Role We're looking for someone to build and run a lightweight inbound lead management function. This is an execution and implementation-focused role. You'll be the person who makes sure inbound leads don't fall through the cracks and our team shows up to the right conversations ready. What You'll Do Set up HubSpot automations and sequences to respond to inbound emails and form fills so that they land in our marketing and sales qualification funnels Route opportunities to the right team member Coordinate scheduling and next steps Document process to make this repeatable Potential: Triage and qualify leads, then nurture them until they're ready for handoff You're a Fit If You: Have hands-on HubSpot experience (you've actually built these exact workflows) Know how to move leads through a pipeline without losing the human touch Are organized, self-directed, and don't need someone to tell you when to follow up Can think lightly about systems while executing heavily on the day-to-day Have worked with small or mission-driven teams before Engagement This is a part-time contract role. We're open to project or outcomes-based contracts. Looking for someone who can ramp quickly — we have active inbound coming in now.
