Indeed Smart Sourcing Specialist Must have your own Indeed Employer account with Smart Sourcing and outreach credits. We need someone to use your account to send targeted outreach to candidates based on the companies, job titles, and geographic areas we provide. You must know how to do this in full compliance with Indeed’s policies.
