Independent Company Valuation Expert Needed

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst or valuation expert to provide an independent valuation of a private company as part of an ongoing M&A transaction. Scope: Review financial statements and relevant company information. Perform an independent valuation using appropriate methodologies (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, or other applicable methods). Provide a concise written valuation report with key assumptions and estimated enterprise/equity value. Be available for a brief follow-up discussion if needed. Requirements: Demonstrated experience with private company valuations for mergers and acquisitions. Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise.
