Independent Hyper-V / Systems Security Architecture Review

Looking for a senior systems/security architect for a narrowly scoped independent technical review before first implementation of a software system. This is review work only, no development. The current design is a local synthetic/non-production environment using Windows 11 + Hyper-V. The review focuses on five already identified areas: VM/network isolation and Hyper-V configuration boundaries tightly controlled host/guest communication trusted time, rollback and VM state handling dependency integrity/freshness and replay protection PostgreSQL/local security and evidence flow A structured technical review pack will be provided with the relevant architecture, existing findings and supporting evidence. You should not need to reverse-engineer the wider project. Deliverable is an independent technical disposition: SAFE TO ATTEMPT, CORRECTIONS REQUIRED, or DO NOT APPROVE, with concise reasoning and exact recommended corrections where applicable. Initial review is expected to be roughly 2–4 hours. One short re-review of the corrected technical surface is included in the same engagement. Payment is for independent technical judgment, not for approval.
