Independent HR Investigator — Confidential Workplace Investigation (Chiang Mai, Thailand)

A small international healthcare organisation based in Chiang Mai is seeking an experienced, independent HR investigator for a short, time-sensitive engagement. The role involves conducting a confidential fact-finding investigation into an employee-conduct matter: reviewing a prepared evidence bundle, interviewing two employees and a small number of witnesses to a defined protocol, and delivering a written report with findings of fact and process recommendations to the commissioning officer. You must have demonstrable senior-level experience of conducting sensitive workplace investigations (healthcare, clinical or other regulated settings strongly preferred), excellent interviewing and report-writing skills, fluent English, and no prior connection to the organisation; familiarity with Thai employment law and/or UK professional-standards frameworks is a significant advantage. Absolute discretion is required — full details are shared only under NDA after appointment. Kick-off is immediate, with interviews expected in early August (on-site in Chiang Mai preferred; secure video considered) and the report due within two weeks.
