Independent Technical Assessment

Ive spent the last several months maturing my new cyber technology from an architectural concept into a structured technical diligence package. We now have independent scientific reviews, engineering validation, enterprise integration work, deployment architecture, adversarial testing, and a comprehensive technical evidence package. We’re now looking to add one more important layer: an independent technical diligence assessment from an experienced cybersecurity engineering team. Rather than asking for a general opinion on the technology, I’d like the assessment to be structured the same way a corporate development or engineering diligence team might evaluate a strategic acquisition. Specifically, I’d like all of the following: * Independent review of the overall “ARCAF” architecture and trust model. * Evaluation of the runtime enforcement workflow and execution-governance architecture. * Review of the enterprise integration approach (OIDC, OAuth, SAML, JWT, Zero Trust, PAM, etc.). * Threat modeling and analysis of the security assumptions, trust boundaries, and potential attack surfaces. * Review of deployment architecture, scalability, and production-readiness considerations. * Engineering assessment of implementation assumptions, operational constraints, and potential enterprise deployment challenges. * Recommendations for strengthening the architecture before enterprise-scale deployment. The goal is not to produce a marketing document or product endorsement. In fact, I’d much prefer an objective technical assessment that clearly identifies strengths, assumptions, limitations, and recommendations. I believe that type of report would carry more credibility with strategic partners and potential acquirers. If this aligns with your firms capabilities, I’d appreciate your thoughts on how you would scope an engagement, the expected timeline, and best estimate.
