Indiana Licensed commercial attorney

I'm a private investor with a secured loan to a small Indiana LLC that is now behind on payments. The company's majority owner has quietly formed a new entity that appears to be taking over the business, without any consultation with me and without any consideration for my rights under our existing agreements. I need experienced Indiana counsel to help me enforce my rights under the loan documents and evaluate my options in light of the new entity's formation. I'm looking for an Indiana-licensed attorney (Indianapolis / Marion County area preferred) with experience representing creditors and investors in commercial disputes, secured lending, and situations involving distressed companies or workouts.
