Indicator that detect Pre-market highest price

I want to modify the below indicator code so that the stocks in the indicator list will display green colour and the word “Broke” when the stocks in the indicator list break through the current day pre-market highest price during regular trading session. And the indicator will display orange colour when the current stock price didn’t break through the current day pre-market highest price during regular trading session. For stock that is not in the indicator list will display white colour. The indicator is use on the Tradestation RadarScreen, the indicator must adapt to the Interval 30 seconds and Session 24 hours setting. Below is the indicator code that I want to modify. The attached picture showed how the indicator will look like after complete.
