Indie Artist Rollout, Booking & Publicity Assistant

I am an independent recording artist preparing for an August album release, and I am looking for a reliable, creative, and organized music marketing assistant to help manage the rollout. I need someone who can take over the practical promotion tasks, including content planning, playlist pitching, curator outreach, open mic/showcase booking, radio and podcast outreach, and basic release-week coordination. This is a project-based role for someone who understands independent music promotion and can help create real visibility without fake streams, bots, or guaranteed playlist schemes. What I Need Help With: Create or coordinate 20–40 short-form videos using my songs, lyrics, cover art, photos, and existing clips Develop a simple content calendar for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms Create captions, hooks, and post copy for release promotion Help prepare a Spotify for Artists pitch for the focus track Research and pitch legitimate independent playlist curators that fit my sound, mood, and audience Submit to appropriate playlist platforms, blogs, curators, and indie music outlets Research and contact open mics, artist showcases, listening events, small venues, and performance opportunities Research and pitch local radio, college radio, indie radio, podcasts, music blogs, and interview opportunities Help plan the pre-save, release-week, and post-release promotion strategy Provide weekly updates showing what was created, posted, pitched, submitted, booked, and responded to Important Notes: I do not want fake streams, bots, paid-stream schemes, or anyone promising guaranteed playlist placement. I am only interested in legitimate organic promotion, real curator outreach, real booking outreach, and real media opportunities. I prefer low-lift or faceless content because I do not want to film constantly or be online every day. The right person should be able to create simple but polished content using my music, lyrics, artwork, photos, and existing clips.
