UE 4.27 - Indie video game painterly stylized VFX

Hi there, We're a small team of 5, working on our first video game project. We're looking for someone who can put a painterly touch to our game world, from combat to overworld environment, maintain a cohesive look with our game world aesthetics. . We're not looking for Overly "sparkly" or "glittering" effects, rather simple and meaningful visual direction that could provide well telegraphed ques for incoming strikes or provide soothing Artistic cohesion with the surrounding atmosphere of our game world. Like we mentioned, painterly-ish looks and all that. . With our current project state, we've been in conversation with a brilliant studio for a publishing deal. We're in works on a proper "Boss Fight" requiring greater deal of attention to detail. Hence we're reaching out to you guys to help us present our ideal vision of our project on to the final presentation for our publishing partnership. . We've set the price for the current task at 30$. Requiring - 3 Vfx (Preferably) But based on quality of the effects, we could increase our set price or simply ask for lower quantity of effects at the set project price. Again, this price is just for the current work at hand, not the entirety of the project or anything of that sorts. .
