Indonesia E-commerce Sellers Field Recruiter - Merchant Survey

Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen potential respondents against the target profile and quotas provided by Cube - Recruit respondents who meet all qualification criteria - Clearly explain the survey purpose, time commitment, and incentive to each respondent - Coordinate scheduling and follow-up with respondents throughout the project - Support respondents in completing the survey (e.g. troubleshooting access issues, clarifying questions) - Monitor response quality — flag or replace respondents who provide inconsistent, incomplete, or low-quality answers - Maintain accurate tracking of recruitment status (contacted, screened, qualified, completed) - Stay engaged with the Cube team from kickoff through project close-out - Maintain respondent confidentiality and handle personal data in compliance with applicable privacy standards Requirements: - Proven experience recruiting respondents for market research (experience with e-commerce/retail merchants is a strong plus) - Existing network or reliable channels to reach Shopee/TikTok Shop sellers in Indonesia - Fluent Indonesian; working proficiency in English for coordination with the Cube team - Strong follow-through — able to manage respondent communication end-to-end until survey completion - Detail-oriented, able to verify respondent eligibility and data integrity
