Industrial Automation Engineer – Mitsubishi PLC & HMI Programming

We are looking for an experienced industrial automation engineer to develop the control software for a continuous material dosing machine. Existing hardware: Mitsubishi FX3U-32M PLC Mitsubishi FX2N analog input/output modules MCGS TPC7032Kt HMI 3 × Bengbu Riyue SM18XQ-A load cells KELI KM01C load cell transmitter (4–20 mA) Vibratory feeder with 0–10 V speed control Project scope: Develop the PLC program. Develop the HMI interface. Read the weight signal from the load cells via the 4–20 mA transmitter. Calculate the actual material flow (kg/h). Compare the measured flow with the operator's setpoint. Automatically adjust the vibratory feeder output (0–10 V) to maintain the desired flow. Implement operating modes (Manual/Automatic). Implement alarms, diagnostics, and fault handling. Configure parameters and recipes through the HMI. The machine is an industrial continuous dosing unit used for bulk material feeding. We are looking for someone with proven experience in: Mitsubishi FX series PLCs (GX Works2 or GX Developer) MCGS HMI development Analog I/O (4–20 mA and 0–10 V) Industrial weighing systems and load cells Closed-loop control, dosing, or feeder applications Remote work is preferred. We can provide wiring diagrams, hardware documentation, and all available technical information. We are looking for a reliable engineer who can assist with programming, testing, and commissioning support if needed.
