Industrial /CAD Designer - Create a Spec Sheet & Technical Drawings from 3D Model STL file

Hi! I have a 3D model STL file of a decorative flower sculpture (porcelain rose head, iron stem/leaves, marble base), a reference image, and the overall height. I need an experienced mechanical design/CAD engineer to: -Review the STL and confirm it is manufacturable (or recommend any necessary changes). -Create a complete manufacturing-ready spec sheet. -Create detailed 2D technical drawings with all critical dimensions. -Specify materials, finishes, assembly method, manufacturing recommendations, and tolerances. -Include exploded/assembly views if needed. -Identify any issues that could affect manufacturing. Important: I need the spec sheet and drawings to look exactly like the reference image and like the 3d model.
