Industrial Designer & CAD Expert for Premium Injection Molded Product (DFM)

We are developing a premium ergonomic plastic footstool Project Name SPOTTY. We need a highly skilled Industrial and CAD Designer to translate our sketches and exact dimensions into a production ready 3D CAD model. The final deliverables must be STEP and STL files perfectly optimized for plastic injection molding DFM and an initial 3D printed prototype. Furthermore we require 3 to 4 photorealistic renderings of the final model in a smooth marble and matte black finish for our ecommerce store. Exact Dimensional Requirements: Overall Width W: 47 cm Overall Height H: 20 cm Overall Depth E: 25 cm Foot Platform Width A: 16 cm per side Bridge and Center Depth B: 15 cm Central Cutout Width C: 26 cm Central Cutout Height J: 9 cm Crucial Engineering Features: Ergonomics: The foot platforms must feature a slight forward tilt of approximately 5-7 degrees. Nesting and Stackability: The design MUST include a draft angle of approximately 3 degrees so multiple stools can be stacked tightly inside each other to save shipping volume. Bottom Base: The bottom contact area needs to be designed to accommodate a rubber anti slip component. DFM: Uniform wall thickness and proper ribbing underneath to support up to 120 kg while preventing sink marks during cooling. Design Aesthetic :The product should not look like a cheap medical device. We are aiming for a high end ultra minimalist sleek and smooth interior design aesthetic. The overall surfaces must be smooth, but the foot platforms require a subtle, integrated micro-dot textured pattern molded into the top surfaces for non-slip grip, similar to the pattern seen in the reference photos. The elegant sweeping curves U shape must be preserved as the final physical product will feature a premium marble finish.
