Industrial Designer Needed for Plastic Consumer Product

I’m looking for an experienced industrial designer to help refine an original plastic consumer product from hand sketches into a manufacturable design. I already have the core idea and sketches. I’m not looking for someone to simply recreate them in CAD. I want someone who can improve the design, ergonomics, functionality, and manufacturability while keeping the original vision. The first phase will include reviewing my sketches, providing design recommendations, and developing 2 to 3 refined concepts with injection molding in mind. Please apply only if you have experience designing consumer products and injection molded plastic parts. Include examples of similar work and briefly explain how you would approach refining an existing concept.
