Industrial Designer / CAD Engineer Needed for Outdoor Consumer Product

Project Overview I am developing a new outdoor consumer product called Trampoline Weights. This is a premium residential product that sits over the 90-degree corner where a trampoline leg meets the ground. The purpose is to provide ballast and capture the leg geometry without straps, stakes, or permanent anchors. The product will be sold as a complete four-piece system. Current design direction: • Matte black textured HDPE exterior • Rotationally molded construction • Concrete-filled interior • Approximately 15 pounds per unit • Low-profile monolithic appearance • No visible handle • Architectural faceted surfaces • Premium YETI/Tesla/Apple design language Product dimensions: • Length: approximately 13 inches • Width: approximately 7.5 inches • Height: approximately 4.75 inches • Capture opening: approximately 3 inches wide by 2 inches high The weight sits over the 90-degree corner where the vertical trampoline leg meets the horizontal ground tube. The product does not mechanically lock to the trampoline. The geometry captures the corner while gravity provides retention. I already have renderings that establish the design language and overall appearance. What I need: • Production-ready 3D CAD model • Internal concrete cavity design • Wall thickness recommendations • Structural rib design • Rotomolding considerations • Draft angles • Parting line recommendations • Manufacturing considerations • Bottom geometry design • STEP files • SolidWorks files or equivalent • Basic manufacturing drawings Experience with any of the following is highly preferred: • Rotational molding • Outdoor consumer products • Sporting goods • Coolers, outdoor equipment, or similar products • Plastic part design • Manufacturing design The final deliverable should be suitable for discussing with manufacturers and obtaining production quotations. Please include examples of previous consumer products, outdoor products, plastic products, or manufactured products you have designed. My initial budget is approximately $500, but I am open to discussing scope and deliverables with the right designer. This is intended to become a real consumer product and there may be additional work available after the initial CAD development.
