Industrial Designer for Vinyl Wrap Template

I am developing a custom vinyl wrap/skin product for an eyewear frame and need an experienced industrial designer or CAD specialist to create a professional, installation-friendly template. I have a 3D scan of the frame and am looking for someone who can take the scan and develop production-ready wrap zones and vector cut files. Scope: * Review and clean 3D scan data * Analyze surface geometry * Determine optimal wrap zones and seam placement * Create flattened surface patterns suitable for vinyl application * Design installation-friendly cut paths * Account for curved surfaces and edge wrapping * Export final production files Deliverables: * CAD working files * Flattened wrap patterns * AI/SVG vector cut files * Documentation showing part placement * Test-fit recommendations Preferred Experience: * Consumer product design * Reverse engineering * Surface modeling * Vinyl wraps, skins, decals, or protective films * Rhino 3D, Geomagic Design X, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar software Ideal Candidate: I am looking for someone who understands not only CAD modeling but also how vinyl behaves on curved surfaces. Experience with consumer electronics skins, automotive wraps, product decals, protective films, or similar products is highly desirable.
