Summary

We need an Electrical Engineer to help finalize a commercial electric cooking appliance for production and UL 197 inspection readiness. Scope includes reviewing and correcting wiring diagrams, circuit protection, grounding/bonding, thermocouple and relay control details, assembly procedures, controlled wire lists, and AutoCAD Electrical documentation. The work will continue on an hourly basis and should focus first on making the current machine safe, documented, and production-ready before moving into future control-system or automation upgrades.
