Industrial Factory Layout Designer Needed – Digital Printing Factory (750 m²) We are looking for an experienced Industrial Facility Planner, Manufacturing Layout Engineer, or Factory Layout Designer to redesign the layout of our digital printing factory. About our factory * Location: Israel * Factory size: approximately 750 square meters * Existing facility (not a new building) * We are optimizing our current production floor to increase efficiency, improve workflow, and prepare for future growth. Scope of work We will provide: * AutoCAD (DWG) floor plan * Dimensions of every machine * Photos and videos of the factory * Production process explanation * Existing layout Your job is to design the most efficient production layout while considering: * Production flow from paper receiving to finished products * Material flow optimization * Paper storage area * Finished goods storage * Loading and shipping area * Employee movement * Forklift and pallet movement * Safety clearances around machines * Future expansion possibilities * Lean Manufacturing principles * Maximum production efficiency Machines The factory includes equipment such as: * Roll-fed digital press * Canon digital presses * Konica Minolta digital presses * Xerox digital press * Perfect binding machine * Three-knife trimmer * Guillotine cutter * Laminating machine * Stitching equipment * Finishing equipment Complete machine dimensions will be provided. Deliverables Please provide: * Optimized 2D factory layout * 3D layout (preferred) * Recommended production flow * Storage layout for paper and finished products * Suggestions to reduce unnecessary movement and bottlenecks * Recommendations for future improvements Requirements We are looking for someone with experience in: * Factory layout planning * Manufacturing facilities * Industrial engineering * Lean Manufacturing * AutoCAD * Factory optimization Please include examples of previous factory layout or manufacturing projects with your proposal.
