Industrial Smart Vending Machine Design (Mechanical & Product Design)

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical/Product Designer to develop a complete industrial-grade smart vending machine design for public deployment. The concept, layout, and core requirements have already been defined. We require a professional who can transform the concept into a practical, manufacturable CAD design suitable for fabrication and production. Reference images and design direction will be provided to the selected freelancer. Machine Specifications Approximate Dimensions: Height: 72 in (182.9 cm) Width: 35.4 in (90 cm) Depth: 23.6 in (60 cm) Scope of Work The selected designer will be responsible for: Designing a premium sheet metal enclosure suitable for commercial and public use. Incorporating a large front glass display area for product visibility. Integrating a vertical touchscreen interface positioned on the right side of the machine. Designing a spiral-based product dispensing system. Creating modular pull-out cartridges/drawers for easy product loading and maintenance. Designing a center pickup compartment below the display section. Developing an automatic privacy bag packaging mechanism where products are packaged before delivery to the pickup compartment. Producing a complete internal mechanical layout, including mounting provisions for motors, sensors, and other components. Ensuring the design is fabrication-ready and optimized for manufacturing. Providing recommendations for the most practical and reliable automatic packaging solution.
