We are seeking experienced industry professionals to mentor engineering students through interactive sessions, project guidance, career coaching, and industry knowledge sharing. This is a freelance, hourly-paid engagement suitable for working professionals who are passionate about developing future talent and sharing real-world industry experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct online or offline mentoring sessions for engineering students. Share practical industry knowledge, trends, tools, and best practices. Guide students on industry projects, capstone projects, and internships. Provide career guidance and interview preparation support. Review student work and provide constructive feedback. Participate in technical discussions, workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Help bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
