Influencer Gifting & Outreach VA

We’re looking for a highly organized VA to help manage a high-volume influencer gifting program across TikTok and Instagram. Our goal is to gift approximately 500–1,000 creators per month, so we're looking for someone comfortable with high-volume research, outreach, follow-ups, and tracking. Responsibilities - Research and identify relevant TikTok & Instagram creators - Build and maintain influencer lists - Send high-volume email/DM outreach - Follow up with creators - Collect shipping information - Track gifting and shipment status - Monitor whether creators post after receiving product - Log content links and performance - Keep our influencer database organized and up to date - Provide weekly progress reports Ideal Candidate - Previous influencer outreach/gifting experience - Comfortable managing thousands of creator records - Strong Google Sheets/Airtable skills - Familiar with influencer discovery/outreach tools - Extremely organized and detail-oriented - Food, beverage, CPG, or lifestyle experience is a plus This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to grow as we scale the program.
