Influencer Manager / Coordinator

We're a performance/influencer marketing agency hiring a contract Influencer Manager to support a active clients. You'll own creator sourcing, vetting, outreach, and roster management across four tiers (nano → macro). Scope of work Source creators Vet for audience quality, brand fit, and red flags Run cold outreach + rate negotiation Manage briefing, content approval cycles, and FTC compliance Track everything in our PM system (Notion / Airtable) Deliver a clean wrap report You should have 2+ years actively managing influencer campaigns end-to-end Hands-on experience with discovery tools (Modash, Heepsy, Aspire, Influencer Hero, or equivalent) Sharp eye for audience quality, fake followers, engagement pods, and partnership conflicts Strong written communication. Your outreach is the brand's first impression Nice-to-haves Experience with US-market creators and FTC disclosure requirements Pet, wellness, or DTC supplement experience.
