Influencer Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Researcher (Brand Sponsors & YouTube Creators)
Worldwide
About us We are an influencer marketing agency connecting brands with YouTube creators. We are hiring a research VA for a long-term role. No outreach involved, only research and list building. How the collaboration works We start with a short paid test based on an SOP we provide. If the test goes well, we move to ongoing weekly work for more than 6 months, with a real evolution perspective: more hours, more responsibility, and better conditions if the work is good. Expect around 10 hours per week to start, with room to grow. Starting rate depends on the test and is reviewed after the first month. The work 1. Identify brands that are actively sponsoring YouTube creators, based on evidence from actual sponsored videos on YouTube. 2. Find the relevant employees at each brand who handle influencer marketing or creator partnerships, meaning the people involved in deciding whether a sponsorship between the brand and a YouTuber gets approved. Each person must be confirmed as currently in the role through their live LinkedIn profile, not from an old database entry. 3. Find and verify their professional email addresses. We only want verified emails, never guessed patterns. If an email cannot be fully verified (for example a catch-all domain), it must be labeled as such and not presented as verified. 4. Research qualified YouTube creators based on specific niches and criteria we provide, along with their contact details. Markets Our main focus is English-language research across Tier 1 markets: US, UK, Canada, Australia, and relevant European markets. Being able to also research brands and creators in the French, Spanish, or German markets is a strong bonus. Requirements Research and data: Experience in B2B company and contact research (LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent). Able to identify the right people inside a company: influencer marketing managers, creator or brand partnerships, affiliate managers, social and growth marketing, and the decision makers who own the sponsorship budget. You can read a LinkedIn profile, job listing or company page and judge whether that person actually handles creator sponsorships, rather than just matching a job title. Email finding and verification tools (Hunter, Apollo, NeverBounce, Snov or similar). Clean, well-organized Google Sheets deliverables. Influencer marketing: Experience in influencer marketing, ideally YouTube sponsorships. Instagram and TikTok a plus. You understand how YouTube sponsorships work, including the difference between pre-roll, mid-roll and end-roll integrations, dedicated videos, and shorts or community posts, and how each affects pricing and performance. Comfortable analyzing channels and accounts: audience profile, engagement quality, view consistency, sponsorship history and brand fit. Familiar with creator discovery and analytics tools (Social Blade, ViewStats, Modash, HypeAuditor, Favikon, Kolsquare or similar). Genuinely plugged into creator culture and platform trends, so you can tell us who is growing right now and why. AI and workflow: We use AI every day and we expect you to use it too. It is genuinely useful to narrow down details, speed up enrichment, and cross-check information. What does not work is AI-only research. Asking an AI tool to find brands or contacts and delivering whatever it returns produces invented sponsorships, people who left the company two years ago, and guessed email patterns. We see it immediately in the spot-check, every time. Every entry has to be confirmed on the live source: the actual sponsored video on YouTube, the live LinkedIn profile, the verification tool result. AI helps you get there faster. It is not the source. Communication and languages: Fluent written and spoken English. We are looking for someone we can build with long term and give more responsibility to over time. French, Spanish, German or Italian is a strong plus, as we operate across those markets. How we evaluate Every contact delivered is spot-checked. We grade on accuracy and judgment, not volume: a short list of verified, well-qualified entries always beats a long scraped one. We also ask for honest reporting of hours spent and sources used. If that sounds like how you already work, we would love to hear from you.
