Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time) Location: Remote Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week Compensation: $1000-$1,500/month About the Role We're looking for a highly organized and creative Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help grow our creator program. This role is responsible for managing influencer relationships from outreach to content delivery while ensuring every collaboration aligns with our brand and marketing goals. The ideal candidate lives on social media, understands what makes content perform, and has experience working with creators across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Responsibilities Influencer Management Source and identify creators who align with the brand. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and creators. Negotiate collaboration terms and deliverables. Coordinate gifting campaigns and paid partnerships. Track communication and partnership status. Campaign Execution Write detailed creative briefs for each collaboration. Ensure creators receive clear instructions and brand guidelines. Follow up on deadlines and content delivery. Review content before it goes live and provide feedback when needed. Secure usage rights and whitelisting approvals when applicable. Product & Order Management Coordinate product selections with creators. Submit and manage influencer orders. Track shipments and delivery status. Ensure creators receive products on time. Content & Performance Stay up to date with social media trends and creator content. Suggest new content ideas and campaign concepts. Organize delivered content for organic, paid media, and email marketing. Track campaign performance and report key insights. Recommend creators to scale based on performance. Organization Maintain influencer databases and campaign trackers. Keep collaboration documents and content organized. Update project management tools with campaign progress. Requirements Experience working with influencers or creator marketing. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects independently. Comfortable writing clear creative briefs. Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills. Fluent in English. Nice to Have Experience with Shopify or ecommerce brands. Familiarity with Meta Ads and creator whitelisting. Experience using Monday.com, Notion, Asana, or similar project management tools. Experience with Google Drive and content organization. Success Metrics Number of quality creator partnerships launched each month. Percentage of creators delivering content on time. Quality and usability of content for organic and paid media. Growth of the creator network. Fast and organized communication. Accurate campaign tracking and reporting. Efficient order management with minimal errors.
