The cover was designed by the same designer behind Atomic Habits. I've already built serious momentum: 273 beta readers have gone through the book and the feedback has been extraordinary. Readers are calling it "better than therapy," "a masterpiece," and "unlike any self-help book I've read." Multiple readers rated it 10/10 and said they've already started recommending it to friends and family. Now I need someone to turn that momentum into a social media wildfire. The Role I'm looking for an experienced influencer marketing specialist to build and manage a campaign that gets this book in front of the right audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter. This includes: – Identifying and recruiting influencers (micro to macro) in the career, personal development, self-help, psychology, and productivity spaces – Building relationships with creators who aren't traditional "influencers" but have engaged audiences — coaches, therapists, HR professionals, career counselors, educators – Managing outreach, negotiation, and coordination of posting schedules – Providing influencers with tailored talking points, not generic copy-paste scripts – Tracking performance and optimizing the campaign as it rolls out – Developing a seeding strategy using existing beta reader testimonials and endorsements as social proof What Makes This Different This isn't a cold launch. The book already has a deep well of proof: 273 real readers with detailed, emotional testimonials. The content resonates across demographics — from recent graduates to mid-career professionals to retirees. Your job isn't to manufacture buzz. It's to amplify something that's already working. Ideal Candidate – Proven track record in influencer marketing for book launches or personal brands – Existing relationships with creators in the self-improvement, career, or wellness space (a major plus) – Strong outreach and relationship-building skills — you know how to get a "yes" – Strategic thinker who understands that different platforms require different approaches – Organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously To Apply Share 2–3 examples of influencer campaigns you've managed (ideally in the book, personal development, or coaching space).
