Influencer Marketing Manager (Research, Outreach, Partnerships & Deal Management)

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to help grow our SaaS platform through strategic influencer partnerships. Our platform helps businesses identify anonymous website visitors and turn them into actionable lead profiles, enabling them to reconnect with lost visitors through targeted remarketing and follow-up campaigns that drive conversions and revenue. This is not just influencer outreach. We need someone who understands how to find the right creators, negotiate win-win partnerships, manage campaigns, and track performance. Responsibilities - Influencer Research & Prospecting - Identify relevant influencers across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, podcasts, newsletters, and creator communities - Research audience quality, engagement, demographics, and brand fit - Use platforms such as Modash, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Aspire, or similar tools - Build and maintain influencer prospect lists Outreach & Relationship Management - Conduct outreach via email, social media, and influencer platforms - Manage communication and follow-up - Build long-term relationships with creators - Coordinate meetings and partnership discussions Partnership Development - Recommend partnership opportunities and campaign strategies - Structure affiliate, sponsorship, paid promotion, revenue-share, and hybrid compensation models - Negotiate rates and deliverables - Ensure partnerships align with company goals and budget Contract & Campaign Management - Coordinate influencer agreements and contracts - Manage deliverables, timelines, and approvals - Ensure content is published according to agreed schedules - Monitor campaign execution and performance Performance Tracking & Reporting - Track clicks, leads, conversions, and ROI - Analyze campaign performance - Recommend optimization opportunities - Maintain reporting dashboards and campaign summaries Additional Responsibilities - Research competitor influencer strategies - Identify emerging creators before they become expensive - Develop scalable influencer acquisition systems - Recommend tools, workflows, and best practices - Help build an ambassador program Ideal Experience We are looking for someone who has experience with: - Influencer marketing campaigns - Creator outreach and negotiations - Affiliate and referral programs - SaaS, technology, marketing, or B2B products (preferred) - Influencer research platforms such as Modash, Aspire, Upfluence, CreatorIQ, Grin, etc. - Contract management and partnership agreements - Campaign tracking and performance reporting What Success Looks Like Within the first 30-60 days, we'd like to: - Build a targeted influencer database - Launch multiple influencer partnerships & campaigns - Establish repeatable outreach processes - Generate qualified traffic, hundreds of free trials, and dozens of customers through influencer campaigns - Build a scalable creator acquisition channel Compensation - Hourly or project-based compensation available - Long-term opportunity for the right person - Performance bonuses available based on partnership success This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, negotiating partnerships, and creating scalable growth channels through influencers and creators.
