Influencer Marketing Manager

The role is flexible: introduce them to our team to manage, or manage the collaboration yourself. We're focused on influencers with Arabic-speaking, GCC-based audiences, which are our core market. You will be a good fit if you already work with influencers, can easily reconnect with your network, and already have new influencer connections being established every week through your work in influencer marketing. We are looking for marketing managers who can continue to supply us with new influencer connections each week. Key Responsibilities 1. Bring in influencers from your existing professional network, and keep adding new qualified influencer introductions each week. 2. Connect them with our team, which will take over the collaboration from there, or manage the influencer collaboration yourself. What You'll Earn 1. A fixed-price milestone will be set up through Upwork as an upfront payment for every new influencer who signs on with us. The upfront amount depends on the influencer’s follower base. 2. A recurring 5-10% bonus based on the subscription revenue generated by the users your influencers bring in. 3. This bonus is paid monthly through Upwork for 3-6 months per post. 4. A typical earnings calculation goes as follows: if one influencer's post converts 300 paying users and we've agreed a 10% share, that's $450 a month from that single post. Paid over six months, that comes to $2,700 from just one post by one influencer, and the more influencers you introduce, the more these earnings add up. 5. All communication, contract setup, milestones, payments, and bonuses will stay on Upwork. Selection Note: We hire selectively, with only 5 places this month.
