Influencer Marketing Virtual Assistant — Vygor Health App
Worldwide
About Vygor Vygor is a US health and wellness app focused on weight management — weight tracking, step and calorie contests, AI macro tracking, and meal and exercise plans. We're building an influencer marketing program from the ground up and need a detail-oriented VA to own the day-to-day operations end to end. How to Apply Please include in your proposal: Your hourly rate A brief description of an influencer campaign you managed end to end — what was the product, how many creators, what was your role, what were the results? Which influencer discovery tools have you used and which do you prefer? Confirm you have experience with both TikTok and Instagram creator outreach Applications without a relevant example will not be reviewed. What You'll Own 1. Creator Identification & Vetting Research and identify nano and micro influencers (5K–100K followers) on TikTok and Instagram in niches including weight loss, diet & nutrition, women's health (PCOS, menopause, moms), fitness, and wellness Verify that creator accounts are real and active (check posting frequency, engagement rate, audience authenticity) Use tools such as Modash, Collabstr, or Influencer Hero to find and vet creators — or manually research via platform search Shortlist creators based on fit score criteria we provide and add them to our tracker spreadsheet with all relevant data (handle, platform, tier, follower count, niche, estimated CPM) 2. Outreach & Follow-Up Send personalized DM and email outreach to shortlisted creators using approved message templates Track all outreach attempts and responses in the tracker (sent date, reply status, follow-up needed) Follow up with non-responders at 5-day intervals (up to 2 follow-ups per creator) Qualify interested creators: confirm rates, content format, posting timeline Escalate any negotiation or deal decisions to the program manager — do not commit to terms without approval 3. Campaign Planning & Coordination Maintain a content calendar showing which creator is posting when, what format, and what CTA/promo code they're using Brief creators on content guidelines (provided): disclosure requirements, tone, what to avoid, which app features to highlight Review content drafts before posting — flag any compliance issues (medical claims, outcome promises) before they go live Coordinate posting timing to avoid overlap between multiple creators going live in the same week Collect post links and confirm content went live as scheduled 4. Tracking & Reporting Log post performance data weekly: views, impressions, clicks, installs (pulled from creator-shared analytics screenshots or Branch.io dashboard) Update the campaign tracker spreadsheet with spend, installs, paid conversions, and 30-day retention figures as data comes in Produce a short monthly performance summary: which creators are scaling, which to cut, total spend vs. revenue, CPA by creator Flag any creator whose CPA exceeds our target threshold for review 5. Affiliate & Payment Management Generate and assign unique Branch.io deep links and promo codes per creator Track affiliate conversions per creator monthly using Branch dashboard exports Calculate commission owed per creator ($8 per first-time paid subscriber attributed to their link) Prepare a monthly payment summary for approval — do not initiate payments without sign-off Process approved payments via PayPal, Wise, or Venmo and log confirmation 6. Creator Relationship Management Maintain a relationship log: last contact date, deal status, content history, renewal eligibility Re-engage Scale-tier creators (those hitting CPA and retention targets) for renewal or whitelisting opportunities Send thank-you and check-in messages to active creators to maintain the relationship between campaigns Handle basic creator questions — for anything requiring a decision, escalate to the program manager 7. Admin & Documentation Keep the master tracker spreadsheet current at all times Maintain a folder of signed agreements, content briefs, and payment receipts Flag data gaps (e.g. missing analytics, unverified follower counts) proactively Document any process improvements or workflow issues as they arise Required Experience Minimum 2 years experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social media marketing Hands-on experience with TikTok and Instagram — you need to know how the platforms work as a user, not just as a marketer Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets — you'll be working in a multi-tab performance tracker daily Strong written English — outreach messages need to feel human and personalized, not templated Experience with influencer discovery tools (Modash, Collabstr, HypeAuditor, Influencer Hero, or similar) Organised and self-directed — you'll be managing 20–50 active creator relationships simultaneously
