Influencer Outreach & Partnership Coordinator (Vietnam) About Sen Sen is an AI-powered, human-backed travel concierge helping international travelers explore Vietnam with confidence. Travelers simply message us on WhatsApp, and we coordinate airport transfers, private transportation, restaurant recommendations, travel assistance, and more through trusted local partners. We are launching our pilot in Hanoi and are looking for someone to help build relationships with travel creators and influencers who align with our mission. Responsibilities • Research travel influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. • Identify creators visiting or planning trips to Vietnam who align with Sen's target audience. • Reach out via email, Instagram, TikTok, or other channels to introduce Sen and our Creator Partnership Program. • Coordinate partnerships, answer questions, and manage ongoing communication. • Track outreach, responses, and partnership status in a shared spreadsheet. • Identify new creator communities, travel blogs, newsletters, and partnership opportunities. • Suggest creative collaboration ideas that feel authentic and valuable to both creators and their audiences. Ideal Candidate • Experience with influencer outreach, partnership management, or community growth. • Excellent written English communication. • Strong research skills and attention to detail. • Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the travel creator ecosystem. • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently. • Based in Vietnam is preferred but not required. Success During the First 30 Days • Research and qualify 80+ travel creators. • Send 60+ personalized outreach messages. • Generate 10+ positive creator conversations. • Secure 3–5 creator partnerships. • Coordinate the first creator collaboration with Sen.
