Job Description: Hi there! We are an influencer marketing agency looking for a hungry, detail-oriented Influencer Outreach Coordinator to help us scale a viral campaign for a fast-growing Nicotine Pouch brand. Your primary goal is simple: Source US-based Gen Z creators, pitch them our campaign, send them free products, and ensure they deliver high-quality, short-form vertical videos (9:16) for TikTok or Instagram Reels. 💰 How You Will Be Compensated: We operate on a pay-per-result / bounty model. You will earn $5 - $10 for EVERY successfully posted video that meets our brand guidelines. There is NO CAP on how much you can earn. The more creators you convert and manage to the finish line, the more you make! 🔑 Your Responsibilities: Sourcing: Find engaging, relatable Gen-Z creators on TikTok and IG (Vloggers, gamers, lifestyle, etc.) who are 21+ years old. Outreach & Negotiation: Pitch the creators using our proven email/DM templates. Logistics & Tracking: Collect their shipping addresses and track sample deliveries. Following Up: Ensure creators submit their video drafts for review within 7 days of receiving the product. Quality Control: Make sure their videos follow our compliance rules Final Delivery: Ensure they post the approved video within 2 days after passing our review. 🎯 Requirements: Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills (no robotic or spammy language). Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels culture. Persistent but polite! Creators can be slow to reply, so you must be a master of the follow-up.
