Summary

We're building mobile apps for creators and helping them grow on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. We're looking for a highly driven Influencer Partnership Manager to help us scale creator acquisition through affiliate partnerships, influencer campaigns, and performance based creator marketing. This is not a traditional brand partnership role. We care about results, installs, signups, views, and ROI. You'll be responsible for finding creators, negotiating partnerships, launching campaigns, tracking performance, and helping us scale profitable creator relationships. What You'll Do Research creators, influencers, TikTok Shop creators, UGC creators, creator coaches, and social media educators Reach out through email, DMs, creator platforms, and other outreach channels Build and manage affiliate partnerships Negotiate performance based deals including: Cost per install (CPI) Cost per acquisition (CPA) Cost per thousand views (CPM) Hybrid affiliate structures Track campaign performance and ROI Manage creator onboarding and campaign launches Maintain outreach pipelines and follow up consistently Identify winning creator segments and scale them Success Metrics Your performance will be measured on clear business outcomes: Number of creators researched Number of outreach messages sent Number of creator conversations started Number of affiliate partnerships signed Number of campaigns launched Total installs driven Cost per install achieved Total views generated Revenue generated from partnerships Overall ROI of creator campaigns Requirements Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or business development Comfortable with cold outreach Strong communication and negotiation skills Highly organized and data driven Self starter who can work independently Comfortable using outreach tools, spreadsheets, CRMs, and tracking systems Compensation Hourly rate Performance bonuses based on partnerships launched and results generated Initial commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week Four week paid trial period Opportunity to transition into a larger part time or full time role Who Will Succeed This role is ideal for someone who loves creator marketing, enjoys outreach, and wants direct ownership over results.
