Influencer Recruiter | $15 per approved lead + Commission

Haus Of Reach is a commerce marketing and brand partnership agency building a curated influencer network for upcoming consumer brand opportunities. We are looking for an Influencer Recruiter to help us source and onboard qualified TikTok and Instagram influencers across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, haircare, skincare, fashion, home, mom life, product discovery, and everyday consumer products. This role is best for someone who understands TikTok, Instagram, influencer marketing, media kits, creator communities, audience analytics, engagement quality, and brand collaboration standards. We are looking for someone who can help find high-quality influencers, send approved outreach messages, direct them to our Creator Network Application, and help us build a strong roster for future brand campaigns. **Influencer Requirements:** We are especially looking for influencers who have: * 30K+ followers on TikTok or Instagram * Strong engagement and real audience interaction * High-quality, brand-safe content * A clear niche or content style * A professional media kit or portfolio * Audience demographics or social analytics * Rates or clear partnership preferences * Experience with brand collaborations preferred **Responsibilities:** * Source qualified influencers on TikTok and Instagram * Send approved outreach messages to potential influencers * Direct interested influencers to the Haus Of Reach Creator Network Application * Track influencers you recruit using an assigned recruiter code * Follow up with influencers who are missing information * Help collect media kits, rates, audience data, social links, and portfolio links * Flag high-quality influencers for review * Help build a roster of TikTok and Instagram influencers who are ready for future brand opportunities **Compensation:** This is a performance-based role. There is no upfront hourly pay and no upfront project fee. Recruiters will be paid for approved and fully onboarded influencer leads, plus commission on signed brand deals involving the influencers they recruited. **Payment Structure:** * **$15 per approved and fully onboarded influencer lead** * **5% of Haus Of Reach net revenue from the first 3 signed brand deals involving each influencer you recruited** Payments are made only after the influencer is reviewed, approved, and fully onboarded by Haus Of Reach. Deal commission is paid after Haus Of Reach receives payment from the brand. An influencer lead is only considered approved and onboarded once they have: * 30K+ followers on TikTok or Instagram * Completed the Haus Of Reach Creator Network Application * Provided social links * Provided follower count * Provided a media kit or portfolio * Provided audience details or analytics * Provided rates or partnership preferences * Agreed to Haus Of Reach roster terms * Been reviewed and approved by Haus Of Reach The $15 lead payment is not paid for names, emails, social handles, interested creators, incomplete applications, or influencers who do not meet Haus Of Reach standards. **Deal Commission:** If an influencer you recruited is later placed into a signed paid brand campaign through Haus Of Reach, you will receive **5% of Haus Of Reach net revenue** from that influencer’s first **3 signed brand deals**. Net revenue means the amount Haus Of Reach keeps after influencer payments, refunds, platform fees, payment processing fees, product/shipping costs, and other pass-through campaign expenses. **How Tracking Works:** Each recruiter will be assigned a unique recruiter code or tracking method. Any influencer you recruit must complete the Haus Of Reach Creator Network Application using your code or be added to the approved recruitment tracker before applying. This structure will be confirmed in writing before recruiting begins so both sides have clear tracking and payment terms. **Why This Role Is Valuable:** This is a strong opportunity for someone who is already active on TikTok, Instagram, and within creator communities.
