Influencer Sourcer and Manager

Part-Time / Contract | Remote We’re looking for an experienced Creator Sourcing & Outreach Specialist to help us identify, vet, and recruit high-quality creators across the fitness and wellness space. This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator economy, has a strong eye for identifying emerging and established talent, and is comfortable owning the sourcing process from initial research through outreach and follow-up. What You'll Own Creator Sourcing Identify relevant creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms Source creators across fitness, wellness, health, nutrition, lifestyle, and adjacent categories Build and maintain organized pipelines of prospective creators Find creators who match specific campaign briefs, audience profiles, or brand requirements Creator Vetting Evaluate creators based on content quality, audience fit, engagement, positioning, and overall brand suitability Review profiles for obvious signs of inflated/fake engagement or poor audience quality Assess whether a creator's content and personal brand are a strong fit for specific opportunities Prioritize the strongest prospects rather than simply generating large lists Outreach & Follow-Up Conduct personalized outreach to creators via email, Instagram DM, and other relevant channels Clearly communicate opportunities and generate interest from creators Manage follow-ups with creators who haven't responded Track outreach, responses, interest, and next steps Maintain a clean and organized outreach pipeline What We're Looking For Prior experience with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or creator sourcing Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the broader creator ecosystem Experience specifically sourcing creators in fitness, wellness, health, or lifestyle is strongly preferred Excellent research skills and ability to discover creators beyond the obvious large accounts Good judgment around creator quality, audience fit, and brand alignment Strong written communication skills Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach while keeping messages personalized Highly organized and able to independently manage a sourcing pipeline Familiarity with creator discovery tools, spreadsheets/CRMs, and outreach tools is a plus What Success Looks Like We're not looking for someone who simply delivers spreadsheets full of creator profiles. A successful person in this role consistently identifies high-quality, relevant creators, gets them to respond to outreach, and moves qualified creators into conversations and opportunities.
