Influencer & UGC Community Manager (Modash Experience Required)

Summary

We are a growing consumer wellness brand looking for an experienced Influencer and UGC Community Manager to build and manage a micro-influencer program. This role focuses on identifying creators, managing outreach campaigns, coordinating product seeding, and building a strong community around our brand. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using Modash or similar influencer platforms and has successfully managed creator campaigns producing UGC content for paid ads and social media. Responsibilities Creator Discovery • Use Modash to identify micro-influencers aligned with our brand • Filter creators based on engagement rate, audience quality, and niche Outreach & Relationship Management • Contact creators and manage communication throughout campaigns • Build long-term relationships with creators and brand advocates • Track outreach and responses in our campaign management system Campaign Execution • Coordinate product purchase campaigns where creators buy the product and are reimbursed • Track order confirmations and reimbursements • Ensure campaign deliverables are completed UGC Collection • Collect creator content including video and photo assets • Organize UGC content into our content library • Secure proper usage rights for advertising Community Engagement • Encourage authentic customer content and engagement • Help develop a network of repeat creators and brand ambassadors Reporting • Track campaign metrics including outreach volume, creator participation, and UGC assets generated Required Experience • Experience running influencer or creator campaigns • Experience using Modash, Upfluence, Aspire, or similar platforms • Experience managing micro-influencer outreach • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators at once Nice to Have • Experience working with Amazon brands or ecommerce brands • Experience sourcing UGC content for paid advertising • Experience with Airtable, Notion, or CRM tools for campaign tracking Expected Weekly Activities • Identify and contact new creators • Manage ongoing creator collaborations • Track reimbursements and campaign progress • Collect and organize UGC content • Maintain creator relationships Compensation Flexible depending on experience. Options include: • Hourly contract • Monthly retainer • Performance bonus based on UGC output
